Bertalan Meskó  shared a great  presentation highlighting how web 2.0 will change and has already started to reshape the way health care services operate. Two questions arose when I viewed his presentation (the answer has probably been given in his presentation):

1. Who will be the driving force for this development: The consumer of health care services, who will demand it, or web savy providers, who will offer it as added value services?
2. If the trend will go into this direction, who is teaching providers and consumers today to use the services to the benefit of all?
